WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT?
Guests are welcome to arrive beginning at 3:00 PM. Early arrival at 1:00 PM can be added for an additional $25. Our check out time is 11:00 AM. A late check out at 1:00 PM can be added for an additional $25 fee. Advance notice for early arrival and late checkout is required.
WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY?
Most cabins are pet friendly. We charge a pet fee of $25.00 the first day and $15.00 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes. Multiple pets: add $10 to each day per additional pet. Max of 3 pets.
IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN MY STAY?
No but it can be added for an additional charge. We offer a breakfast basket delivered to your door for $20 per person plus an 18% service fee. Breakfast is Chefs Choice, but typically includes items such as eggs/bacon, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, French toast, juice, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. We deliver breakfast anytime between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM.
WHAT IS THE CHECK IN PROCEDURE?
We do a contactless check-in where you go directly to your cabin. Directions are sent via email a few days before your arrival.
CAN I USE THE INDOOR FIREPLACE?
The indoor fireplaces are open during the season of October through April. We stock the cabin each day during your stay (approximately 8-10 pieces of wood). If additional wood is needed above what we leave for you, we offer a bucket of wood for a $15 charge.
IS INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE?
Yes, all cabins offer free wi-fi.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
There is no cancellation fee for reservations cancelled 5 days or more before your date of arrival. Cancellations occurring less than 5 days in advance but greater than 48 hours in advance of your arrival date, is charged a cancellation fee equal to your first night stay. Cancellations occurring with 48 hours of your arrival date is charged the full amount of your reservation. There are no refunds for early departures.
