Bedford CabinStarting at $255
The Bedford, a two-story structure originally built in 1830, comes from the south-central Pennsylvania town of Bedford. The house was originally built in the “corner post” style, which combines timber frame and log home building techniques. The community of Swedish immigrants in Bedford built fewer than six of the houses, making them architecturally distinctive. The house now features a fireplace, a kitchen and dining area, two upstairs bedrooms, one and a half baths including a soaking tub, a back patio, and a covered front porch. This cabin is NOT pet-friendly.

Our time at this cabin was truly flawless, providing the ideal escape from our bustling lives. The moment we set foot inside, a profound sense of tranquility embraced us. Without a doubt, we’re already making plans to return; Jenifer and the entire team undeniably excel in their hospitality.
I loved my stay in this gorgeous cabin. It was cozy and comfortable, and also had everything I needed (and more!). The area is gorgeous – woodsy and yet very close to wonderful towns like Fredericksburg. All around, a really great getaway from the city. Thanks to the hosts for being so communicative and thoughtful about every detail.
Intimate cabin, nicely furnished with comfortable beds and excellent climate control. We spent several hours on the porch watching the rain and talking. Will definitely come back!
